Password changing problem

I have Samsung SM J500-F, i have given the password just 12345 and now that i want to change it, it says try again. I m not able to change it and even i cant select the option of clear credentials because it has gone greyed.
I have also factory reset the phone several times but didnt work.

Plz help me.
