You might want to ask the person who you stole the laptop from for the password

See, I buy and sell laptops on Craigslist/ebay and fix them up for a resale profit. I have only come across ONE in the hundreds I've done that had a passworded BIOS. It was the kid's mother's name, real easy, and he was able to answer honestly (when I buy from someone that's present, I ALWAYS try to get into the BIOS right in front of them). He was a wanna-be, though, so he thought a BIOS password was the ish.
