Password false entry for Samsung N150

Hello,
When I type in my password, the keys enter several spots for one key touch. Can't correct as I don't know what the extra spots are. Get constantly, 'user password incorrect'. Have rebooted half a dozen times but no progress. Computer is 2 years old.

Keyboard might be broken? Try using a USB keyboard to enter password.
