I am having password issues with my prime video, how to i create letters on my Samsung remote?

Usually it comes up with an onscreen keyboard when you need to enter passwords. If it does not, check the support online for your TV model. You may also be able to just hook up a USB keyboard to the TV and use that (assuming you have a smart TV with a USB input).
