i was wondering if i could do any good to decent gaming on these 2 laptops,like the delta force series,or any ok rps,stuff like that? i mostly play games involving FPS & Mechs,sometimes fantasy & alittle racing

Chromebook can't run Windows programs, the HP is an old laptop. What you can play on it depends on the requirements of the game. 10 year old games may run on it, as long as they are not demanding. Diablo would be OK for example. Maybe the first HalfLife.

No, you don't buy a laptop hoping you can make it faster. In most laptops only thing you can change is the RAM and the hard drive. If you want a system for games, get a system with the specs you want, find the games you want to play, look up the system requirements.
