Paypal for those under 18?

I know that student accounts exist where you link it to your parents account, but can they see what I purchase? Can they see my activity etc? I don't know where else to ask.

If it's linked to another account then that account will be able to see what is purchased, or at least what is taken out of the account and the seller name if not the item.
