PAYPAL not allowing access to website

This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:

Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I have tried everything including calling paypal customer service which was a big waste of time as they said they have no tech department.
Just used paypal earlier in the day and have rebooted & cleaned everything..still doesn't work

Paypal website working fine for me. Try installing a different browser. If you are using Firefox, try Chrome. If you are using Chrome, try Firefox. Or Opera. Or Vivaldi. Or internet explorer/Edge browser. Might be that something in your browser is blocking you or one of your plugins is incompatible.
