Pc Asus turns back to factory settings.

Hi Specialists 🙂
My Asus returns to factory installed mode after been shot down, Ex. printer, I have to reset my preferred printer settings each time. Can anyone help?
Also the choise of browser changes back to factory setting. Not so good.

Or did you mean shut down?

Read the manual.

It's probably a setting maybe in Bios.
