PC audio setup

'Need help' i have bookshelf speaker connected to my PC via a mini amplifier. what i would like to know is that i want to add an active subwoofer i know how to connect all that up, so i would like to you other devises to you the speakers, some of the devises such as my phone and echo dot and headphones and control the volume so what can i use do do this.

You could add an input selector and control the volume with the source. If you wanted a central volume control then something like this

To add a sub you just need to split the output of the above and connect both the mini amp and the active sub to it
Driving headphones is another story. You could connect the headphones to the PC.
If you can find an old av receiver with preamp outputs or AV preamp processor that would be the best option since it will have multiple inputs, headphone jack, and sub out.
