my Eee has a built in web cam / camera. but it cant detect it? or find it? someone please help me.

You need a camera driver. Go to the ASUS support:

http/support.asus.com/download/options.aspx?SLanguage=en

search model you have and select the most updated camera driver to download and install. Restart computer after installation.
