Pc factory reset

Done a factory reset on my acer touchscreen computer but after restarting it said can't reinstall windows 7

Hi,

You may need use a System recovery disc or USB to do a factory reset with it. The factory image might had been corrupted already that's why you're getting that error. Please do run a SMART TEST as well with your HDD inside BIOS to check if it's still in a good working condition.
