PC is not loading HDMI. What can it be?

My PC's screen is broken, so I connect the PC to a TV to use it. Bit one day, it just doesn't work :/. I always connect it without any Fn+F(Screen)Number, and it always was fine, but no longer. I try the HDMI cable on other PC and TV and they are fine. On the TV it changes from *No connected*, to *Searching signal* When I plug in, but nothing.
I don't know if this can help, but when I plug in them, the PC sounds like when you connect a USB.

If you are using a stand-alone GPU, unplug that temporarily and try to boot via internal GPU and its HDMI connector.

Attempt to clear CMOS to factory and see if that helps.
