So i have full SSD PC with no optical drives in it. I want to buy small 100W sub and put my PC on it. I saw many topics here saying that its bad because of vibrations but since i dont have any HDD's is it still bad?

Also the speaker in sub is on bottom so the magnet will be like 3-4 inches from the bottom of the case. Although im not sure if the sub is shielded.

Solution
Maybe get some semi-stiff foam to place between the sub and the computer to somewhat dampen the vibrations. I don't know the fan setup in your computer, but you wouldn't want to cut off any air flow coming from the bottom of the case (if any).

In my recording studio I use styrofoam to isolate my large monitors (Alesis Monitor 2 3-way speakers) from some 6" tall speaker stands I built. They sit on top of my mixing desk, on either side of my computer monitors.
From your answers i guess that any wibration to the PC is bad. But i dont think 100W sub will make such a big difference. Im not going to max it.. i will use it just to enchance bass to my speakers. Im not going to shake the room with it. Just quiet listening.
