Pc shuts down after windows boot logo shows

My pc shuts down 5 seconds after the windows boot logo shows up. I tried replacing the hdd, ram, gpu and psu. I also tried pressing power button when the windows logo shows, but the error still persists. Only when the pc is off and i disconnect the hdd, and then connect it back, it boots to windows and starts installing drivers, but when i reboot, the error is back.
