Does anyone know if the PC specialist Cosmo II 1366x768 screen quality is any good? I don't really want to spend like another £100 on the 1080p screen if it doesn't make much of a difference on a 15inch screen

There is 21-23 inch screens for £100 that are 1080p

I think £100 is good enough for a 19-24 inches monitor.
