Pc upgrade

Hello, so I've always asked myself if it's possible to update this rig for gaming. I don't plan to play AAA Games just simple games like Overwatch, Rainbow six siege, GTA V With friends. Currently, my rig is a Motherboard Socket LGA 775, GT 730 2gb, Intel Dual-Core e5400 2.70Ghz and to finish I have 4 Gb (2 Only usable) So I wanted to ask you guys if you could help me upgrade this rig cheap but good for gaming (Since this is impossible to even play Minecraft with a decent framerates)

Aww.. Is there really no way? I found out that i can use a q9650 as CPU and its still pretty strong for today's games. And it's not only for those games, its more for games like Battlefield 4, The forest, MMO's.
