I'm having a terrible time trying to fix my computer. Whenever it tries to boot I get the message "operating system not found." It took me a few tries to figure out how to even get to the BIOS options because it was different than all the tutorials I read. Alt-F2 worked.

This is my only computer, so my sister created a USB drive for me to reinstall Windows 10 (I never had a CD-ROM). I'm trying to figure out how to get it to boot from the USB, but again my options in BIOS are different than all the tutorials I've seen. Also hoping to not lose data. I'm thinking this might not be possible.

These are the only options I have at default settings:

Boot Configuration:
External Device Boot - Disabled
Network Boot - Disabled

Boot Priority:
1st Boot Priority - Internal Optical Disc Drive
2nd... - Internal Hard Disc Drive
3rd... - External Device

UEFI Boot - Disabled
