Question Peerless-AV Outdoor TV Screen Damage- Worth Fixing?

Is it worth fixing a Neptune Peerless-AV display issue? The TV sound works and the picture works periodically, but vertical lines pop in and out across the entire screen. We believe there was damage done when transporting and hanging. Might this be worth fixing (any idea on cost?) or should I pass on it? Thanks in advance!

I suspect the screen is damaged. I would imagine parts are expensive, if even available.

Yeah, I fear the panel will need to be replaced, which would not be cost effective. But will reach out there also- thank you!!
