First time I try to connect a window appear to install an app to be downloaded from web. But I had no internet connection at that time. And the window don't appear again anymore.

I bought a pendrive but don't work

At the first moment when I connect the pendrive the device seems recognize and ask me to installs an app. But I don't have internet at the momento. After I update to 13.7 version and when connect the device nothing happen.
