Perfect desktop tower for elgato HD60 game capture?

hi, i currently have a HP pavillion laptop but its useless and cant handle my elgato HD60 game capture. I wanna buy the cheapest desktop tower that is perfectly capable of running my elgato HD60, if anyone can help, thanks

Are you only using the computer to record to using the Elgato which is recording another system or are you playing and recording on the same system? There are many systems that can handle recording in HD, anything with an i3 or even an AMD A6 with decent RAM and at least a 7200 rpm drive can do it.
