Does the difference between the clocks of the 1050 and 1050ti have a big impact on gaming? (1683 (1050) vs 1721 (1050ti) mhz)

The clocks aren't as big of a factor as the GPU itself. The 1050ti is just a much better GPU than the 1050.

For sure higher clock speeds will improve your fps but to know whether the impact is big or small then just go watch some YouTube comparison videos as they're plenty and really beneficial.

1050ti is barely better (5 fps) when memory isn't a issue than the 1050. Same would be on laptops.
