Philips 55PUS6482/12 srt problem.

Just got a new TV, wanted to play a movie via External HDD, put the movie in, and the included .srt, and renamed it EXACTLY as the .mkv file

The movie plays great on my TV, but no matter what I do, it wont show the subtitles?

It does find the .srt, and I have enabled the subtitles, but nothing shows up anyway...

And yes, the subtitles works on PC/Windows so I dont get whats wrong??

I sent to phillips support and they fkin asked me if i put batteries in the remote correctly. Insane.
