Phillips plasma tv. Push power button but blue light only comes in. The doesn't finish turning on

Many times the power driver boards on plasma screens go because they get so hot. I would not invest anymore money on a plasma screen. Would you like help finding a good led tv and at what size? LED tvs can last over 40000 hours before the back light goes.

If the plasma TV is atleast 2 years old, then yes.
Ic circuit is probably dead
