Solved! Phone automatically getting unplug from charging

My one plus five phone when I am plugging the charger phone automatically unplugged battery charger and suddenly again showing charge what I will do

Try another cable, try another charger. If those don't help, the phone usb port is most likely the issue, would need to get it replaced.
