Phone charger used as adaptor

Is it a good idea to use a phone charger as a socket to usb adaptor for my pc speakers?I ask this because I want to get rid of some interferences and this is the only way(to use another usb port than the one in my pc).

The answer is simple: As long as the plug provides enough power for your speakers.

Phone chargers puts out 2 amps the most, more commonly 1 amp. What does your speaker requires? Look at its original plug, the power requirement should be labeled.

The charger provides enought power(charger-5V-1A, speakers-5V-380mA) but the question is if the phone charger is able to be used for a long amount of time.Or is it gonna explode after 6 hours of use.

But the power ratting answers that question. I am not going to give you a yes or no. I say 1A will drive 380ma all day.

380ma speakers, these must be very small.
