Phone factory reset

I applied for factory reset,and could not have some of my contact numbers on the phone again.please help me

Once you reset the device there is no real way to get anything back. Unless you had the info synced to a Google or other online account they are pretty much gone. You can try looking at your old phone bill (online or paper) and get numbers you have called/have called you etc., from there. However there will be no names, only dates and times.
