Phone keeps restarting

mbo anroid phone keeps restarting and shutting down. What are the possible causes and how do i repair it

Giving only the make doesn't really help. We need the model number, Android version, age of the device, etc etc. Basically any information pertaining to the device you could possibly give would be a big help in finding a solution to your problem.

It could be a number of things though - overheating, fried battery, virus, faulty OS installation, user created issues, so on and so on.
