Solved! Phone not playing video from sd card

Why cant I view video from sd card on my S10 android ph.
It plays sound but not video.
32gSd card is from my dashcam

Sounds like a possible problem with the file. Have you tried playing it on a computer instead?

No I only have my ph. Not even a laptop here
