Phone Won't Charge

Hello,
I have a t-mobile samsung and it went dead but won't charge. I have tried using multiple chargers that fit my phone, but none of them work. My phone will not turn back on. The plug is secure in the socket and phone. What do i do?

It sounds as if you have a bad battery. How old is the phone/battery? If it is under a year, you should be able to get a new battery free of charge if you contact t-mobile.
