Phone won't turn on and phone numbers were saved to internal memory. How do I get them?

Phone numbers were saved to internal memory and I can't get phone to turn on. How do I get to internal memory without phone turning on

Well, you would need to get the phone to turn on, even for a few. It may require a new charger cord or a new battery to do so.

If not that, or you don't want to do that, did you have a google account synced to the device? If yes, they may well be in your gmail contacts.
