photo is jpeg file but online site saying 'file format invalid'

Cannot download to a website - message is 'file format invalid' but file format is jpeg. I can download the photo to Gumtree but not this website. Website says they have never heard of this problem.

I think it maybe the file extension problem, check your image properties by right click the mouse. Make sure the image properties looks like: JPEG image (.jpg), if you are the Mac users, then the file maybe look like: JPEG image (.jpeg)

Or you maybe try use the imgur http/imgur.com/ or other website to upload images.
