Bassically Im a programmer and Ive made an app that i think people may be interested in, i dont usually release my work, usually its just for me but ive decided i might as well release it to the public. This software is FREE and always will be so enjoy.

Yes it works fine under windows 7, I think it does need to be run in adminisation though, (Not too sure, I personally only have Win XP, but some friends tested it on 7 and they didnt seem to have any problems.)
