My old gmail so i factory reset my a new gmail but need my photos an contacts from old gmail account

You would need to either access your account from a computer and download them to the computer, then connect the phone via USB to the computer and move the files over to the phone.

Or put your old gmail account on your phone, rather than your new one, to access the info.
