Transfer photos from my old phone gallery to new one

If the old phone is working, and you can connect to WiFi, you can upload them to a google account and then download them from that google account to the new phone. Although, depending on how many files you have, it could take a while.

Another option is, again if the old phone still works, connect it to a computer via USB cord and copy or move all the files to an empty folder on the computer. Then remove the old phone and connect the new phone to the computer via USB and then copy or move the files over to the new phone.

Note: You can, if they are on a SD card and not the phone itself, just take the card out of the old device and put it in the new one, if the new device takes the same size card.
