How to recover photos from old smartphones

You would have to be able to access those old phones, they would have to work, and you would then have to copy the files from the phone to either a google account, cloud account or a computer and then transfer them over to the new phone.

Now if the info is already on say a google account, you would need to log into that account from the new phone to download the files. However, if the files were never backed up to that account, just that was the old phone's account, then you can't get the files that way without uploading them first.

Now if the old phone(s) aren't working, there is no way to get anything off of them.
