Photos in my kodak gallery have dissappeared

Hello,
My many albums in my kodak gallery have got zig zags through them and i cannot open any of thr albums.

Have you looked into Kodak's policies and albums expiration? I thought that they had some type of date after which the galleries would be deleted. I am not sure on this. Also, do they have a total storage size capacity? This would be explained in their terms of use.
