Photoshop help resizing

I'm doing some pixel art for a game I recently started on and I realized it was a little small. I opened a new canvas with the dimensions I wanted, copied the image over, hit Ctrl + t and resized to fit. It looked fine and had crisp edges until I clicked the accept button, all the edges became feathered looking and distorted.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try the other options in the Interpolation drop-down menu available during the transform.
