Pin number on pantech burst android phone

Hello,
I have a Pantech Burst Android Phone and recently I was messing with the settings and when i restarted the phone it asks for a Pin Number to access the phone I cannot make any calls or send any texts. when i remove the sim card i can access the phone. does anybody have any idea what kind of pin number it is asking for?

Depends on what settings you messed with. Contact the phone company and see if they can help.
