pioneer vsx 521 k has no sound at all

i have a pioneer vsx 521 k one year ago ,suddenly no sound at all<all things work, the power ,display but no even test sound
i need a help pls

If you can't get the test sound to work and the speakers are connected then the problem is internal to the Pioneer. You can try to reset it from the menu.
Hope it is still under warranty. If not then repair might be more than the price since it is an entry level unit.

i already did hard reset but no sound ,maybe there is interenal problem as u said

yesterday after long time ,it works <lol
but when i turn it off and went to sleep,tomorrow it doesn;t work again????????????????
i am confused
i noticedthat when it works the mcacc lamp(red) lighting<but when it not works i noticed that that red lamp not lighting
this lamp lighting when the equalizer on but equlaizer is on but no red light
i wish anyone can explain or help
