These header files are not included in the SDKs for Pocket PCs. They are
supposed to be in the Platform Builder but the Platform Builder is no longer
available in the Universal Subscriber downloads at MSDN.

There was an Eval version of the Platform Builder 2.11 on one of the discs
but I didn't get that disc because it was in Japanese (a language I decided
not to subscribe to).

I can't find a download link for an evaluation version of Platform Builder
on MS site either.

Can anyone please help me? I need those files.
