Playing usb sticks

My usb sticks wont play . I alyays use these , the list comes up on the screen but will not play. I have played these before

Need some details about the issue, won't play as in the computer won't see it? Or are you talking about media files on the system? Won't play on what? Did anything happen to them like they were used in another system before the issue started?
