Please advice about PCMCIA TV TUNER

I own a thinkpad R61i and I am interested in buying a pcmcia tv tuner card for it
can you people tell me which to buy, and why , I mean why do you think that would be a good choice

also, would an external one be a better solution? in temrs of video and audio quality
