I'm just wondering what the config is, This is a replacement warranty upgrade exchange. I am not understanding the parts list

That is a list of both the hardware items in the system as well as the software loaded on it. What specifically are you concerned about?

Looks like it uses the integrated Intel video adapter. Inconclusive in the touch screen. If this is a replacement, it should be a match for what it is replacing.

Dell customer support should be able to confirm all of these parts/items.

Is it the HD 620? or maybe better?, My faulty machine had a AMD M445 and HD 620 so I am hoping this is better.

You will get the best info from Dell. Really hard to verify the config otherwise. Good luck.
