Please help me choose between new XPS 15 9550 and Precision 5510

I am a architect and use very heavy softwares like Revit and 3DS Max(softwares used for 3d modeling and designing). As i work on this software too much ,i need a system which works great with this softwares. As both of this devices are highly priced ,i dont want to regret later.Both laptops has almost everything same but differs in proccessor and graphics...precision 5510( intel xeon m1000m, nvidia quadro)and xps 15 9550(intel i7 6th gen, nvidia geforce 2gb) ..i dont know the difference so please help which would be better for me...thank you in advance

Precision line is made more for work, XPS more for home use, with a bit of office use.

The sales team at Dell can help you sort things out also, for what your use it for, Precision would be better.
