I travel a lot and work with graphic arts and web design (photoshop, illustrator etc). I need a lightweight laptop, under 4lb, that will perform well with photoshop, illustrator and indesign. My budget is low unfortunatelly, so it has to be under $650. Please help me!!

Here's that Acer for $549.99:

https://www.amazon.com/Acer-Aspire-NVIDIA-Windows-E5-575G-53VG/dp/B01DT4A2R4/

Highlights include 15.6 inch Full HD, 256GB SSD, Nvidia 940MX 2GB, 8GB RAM, DVD Rom, and i5 6200U. Downsides start with weight, it's 5.27 pounds. And while the SSD is fast, you'll probably need more than 256GB of storage for projects.

Alternately, here's an HP for $459.99:

https://www.amazon.com/HP-15-ay011nr-Full-HD-Generation-Windows/dp/B01CGGOZOM/

Same size screen, 15.6 inch full HD, same processor, i5 6200U, same 8GB RAM. No dedicated graphics or SSD, but it has a 1 TB drive, DVD+RW, and weighs 4.73 pounds. And of course it's $90 less.

Exact same model except with 128 GB SSD instead of the 1 TB HD...

It would probably be advisable to up your budget a bit. Photoshop does require a relatively powerful system in order to work smoothly. Something with a higher tier i5 or i7 as a minimum in the processor department.
Here is a quick list of laptops I wouldn't necessarily recommend any on the list, but it should give you a good idea of what sort of things will be required.

Overall, the Acer with the dedicated GPU would probably be fastest because programs like Illustrator can offload processing tasks to it.
