PLEASE HELP ME!!

Hi. I have Acer Aspire E 14 Touch E5-471P-36E7 laptop. When I'm about to use it and turn it on, it's just a black screen. I don't know what to do. Please help me.

When your about to use a laptop the screen should be black it only turns on once you have actually pushed the power button =)

Is the laptop powered on? If so try using the CTRL-ALT-DEL key combo and see if task manager opens, if so go to Applications>New TASK> and type explorer.exe and hit enter.
