I lost alls my pictures and videos how do I get it back i took my phone to the Apple Store they clean out my system

If they did a factory restore there is nothing you can do aside from get them back from a backup off your PC in iTunes or in Cloud storage. Didn't the Apple Store say the device will be wiped before they restored it? Did you ask them about your files?

Nope I for got to ask that question because I was excited to get my phone fixed

They should have told you what resetting the phone to stock would have done before they did it, you really did not need to ask. Once it's fully reset, the system over-writes the memory with the backup to like it was new.
