Hello! Something has gone wrong with my tablet :\. I can turn in on but when I click something it won't do anything! 🙁 Can you pleaaaassseee help? <3

Did you try turning it off, cleaning the display and then turning it back on? That would be the first step. If that doesn't help, then if under warranty I would contact the manufacturer. If not, then I would try a local tech. The display may be having issues.

I can not click anything so when push my power button for long it says "Power off, Restart, Airplane mode" But i cant click anything so i am not able to turning it off.

Then you would have to pull the battery (if possible without voiding warranty) or wait for it to run out of power.
