please I need help

My computer has some sort of virus that is causing my safe mode start up to not work. It just keeps rebooting itself. I do not have a windows disk as I purchased my computer from Dell and it had come pre-installed. Please help

If you can get to the menu where you select safe mode, disable auto restart. So you can see what its saying

Insert the Windows disc and reboot. When your computer is starting, hit delete when prompted to get into the BIOS. Find a setting to boot from your disc drive, set it, and restart. Doing this will wipe your computer, but it appears you don't have much choice.

With most computers that have rescue & recovery utilities pre-installed and no physical discs you can access rescue & recovery by holding a certain function key during startup (much in the same way you'd boot to safe mode)... It probably depends on the model/type of your dell (if it has that feature at all), try F11, or maybe CTRL + F11...... what model is yours?

I have only 2 options f2 setup and f12 boot options f8 won't work for me at all

Press and hold the start/power button for about 10 secs. Should reset your startup.

I would get a bootable AV ISO.

Something like AVG rescue CD or Kaspersky Rescue cd

Burn it to cd. Then boot from it
