I am more inclined towards Lenovo & HP R032TX because of price & Windows 8.1 is Installed. I want to know which would be best Dell, Lenovo or HP wrt durability, after sales in India, overall built.

Will there be notable difference in 1.9GHZ & 1.7GHZ. Also please compare 2GB ATI JET LE R5 M230 Graphic Card with 2GB NVIDIA GeForce GT 820M Graphic Card.

you're going to be playing on low-medium settings at 720p, at best.
get the 4th option.

IMO, get the HP R032TX. I'll tell you, you'll not get a high-end performance, not even near it, but should be good for the basic.

In my experiences, I've had a lot of bad experiences with HP. Lenovo, IMO are very reliable and quality.
